Christopher “Chris” McIntyre, MBBS, MD, DM
Chief Scientific and Research Associate
Chris, our Founder and Chief Medical Officer, is a clinician, scientist, and passionate practicing nephrologist. He is an experienced senior career researcher and Director of the Kidney Clinical Research Unit in London, Ontario, Canada, having also held roles as Dean, Graduate Entry Medical School, and Chair of Nephrology, University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.
In his current clinical roles as Professor of Medicine, Medical Biophysics and Pediatrics, and the Robert Lindsay Chair of Dialysis Research and Innovation, Chris is a world-renown expert in the use of multi-modal imaging (ultrasound, MRI, PET, CT) to quantify organ perfusion and function during hemodialysis sessions.
Chris’s 262 published articles have received more than 17,000 citations, informed all major international guidelines on dialysis management, and shifted federal reimbursement policy for dialysis in the United States.

William “Bill” Malloy
Chief Executive Officer
A former bank President, Bill’s passion to improve the lives of patients with kidney disease led him to become an entrepreneur. Along the way, he has acquired extensive leadership experience and has served as the Chief Executive Officer of several companies, including companies driving innovation in healthcare and technology. At PROvision Data Services, Bill’s focus on patient quality of life is driving the company to create innovative, data-driven solutions that empower the lives and enhance the health of patients.
Committed to improve the lives of residents in his local community, Bill is also an active volunteer, serving as Chairman of the Board of AdelphoiUSA, an organization that assists children, youth, and families to overcome social, emotional and behavioral difficulties; Chairman of the Board of Homes Build Hope, a non-profit organization providing low-income housing to residents of Western Pennsylvania; and a Board Member of Concordia at Bethlen, a non-profit organization meeting the living and healthcare needs of older individuals in the community.

Jarrin Penny, PhD, RN BSN, C.Neph

For over three decades, Jarrin has been a passionate advocate for transforming care for individuals living with kidney disease. As a registered nurse specializing in nephrology and dialysis, Jarrin’s career has seamlessly spanned bedside care, leadership, and academia, where earning a PhD has allowed her to drive research and innovation to improve dialysis care.
Today, at PROvision Data Services, Jarrin channels this wealth of expertise into revolutionizing the dialysis experience. Her passion lies in shaping brighter futures for millions by leveraging data science to empower patients, enhance health, and drive meaningful change. Guided by teamwork, excellence, and a deep commitment to those served, Jarrin plays a key role in realizing PROvision’s mission: building better outcomes and experiences for the kidney community.

Anthony “Tony” Woodson
Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer
Throughout his career, Tony has focused and nurtured his passion for strategy and marketing to change success into significance. Tony brings that career-tested expertise to PROvision every day.
Tony began his professional career with 10 years in the US military. Over the course of the next 25 years, Tony expanded his business acumen by addressing the growth needs of a variety of medical technology companies from early-stage start-ups to large-cap multi-nationals. His leadership includes businesses requiring turnaround as well as extraordinary growth and Tony’s experience spans an array of functions – sales, marketing, M&A, R&D, program management, manufacturing, distribution, general and executive management.
Tony is credited with orchestrating change to US federal reimbursement policy to incentivize innovation in dialysis care as well as championing the worldwide introduction of three standards of care to clinical practice guidelines – one for dialysis, the other two for gastrointestinal conditions.
